HDPE Pipes with Pulling rope
Gamson India offers HDPE Pipes with Rope that are specially designed conduits with a pulling rope inserted through an HDPE pipe duct used majorly for easier cable installations. Our HDPE Pipes come equipped with a pre-inserted high-tensile pulling rope which runs through the entire length of the pipe. This "rope-in-pipe" design of HDPE pipes is engineered to install fiber optic, telecommunications, and electrical cables with ease through a mechanical pulling method.
While using Gamson HDPE Pipes with rope, one end of the rope can be tied to the cable to be inserted while the other end can be pulled using a pulley or a spindle. Using this technique, Optical Fiber Cables (OFC) and electrical cables can be installed through HDPE Pipes easily, thus providing them protection and casing from dirt, moisture, insects and other environmental factors.
Gamson India is a manufacturer and supplier of these HDPE Pipes with pulling rope delivering its products across Delhi NCR and neighboring states like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, etc. We provide these HDPE Pipes with rope in various sizes and pressure ratings, with sizes starting from 16 mm O.D. HDPE Pipe all the way upto 1200 mm O.D. HDPE Pipe, and pressure ratings ranging from PN2 to PN20. These HDPE pipes with rope are available in coil form upto 125 mm O.D. reducing the number of joints required during installation. Different pieces of HDPE Pipe ducts can be joined together using duct coupler or compression fittings providing an obstruction-free path during cable laying.
Key Features
- Time-saving During Cable Installation: Gamson HDPE Pipes with pre-installed pulling rope allow for immediate cable installation upon laying the pipe, thus eliminating the time-consuming step of manual rodding.
- Rugged Construction: Gamson HDPE Pipes with rope are made using best quality raw materials due to which these pipes offer better durability and strength and retain their properties even under demanding conditions.
- Flexible & Ductile: HDPE Pipes are flexible by nature which allows them to navigate around obstacles over distances and follow trench profiles, significantly reducing the need for elbows and fittings.
- Environmental Resilience: Gamson pipes made using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) are resistant to corrosion and chemicals like acids, alkalis, and salts found in soil making them an optimum choice for underground installations.
- High Strength-to-Weight Ratio: HDPE Pipes offer high strength-to-weight ratio providing superior mechanical properties at a much lighter weight than its alternatives.
- Weather Stability: HDPE Pipes with rope perform reliably across a wide temperature range, typically from -40°C to +80°C.
