End Plug
Gamson manufactures End Plugs for HDPE PLB Telecom Ducts and HDPE Pipes that are used for sealing empty Pipes and Ducts by closing their ends. End Plug is a mechanical fitting used specifically for sealing and protecting empty HDPE Duct Pipes immediately after trenching. It works by creating an airtight and watertight barrier which prevents the influx of mud, water, insects, rocks and rodents into the empty duct pipes ensuring that they remain entirely clean and ready for installation.
These end plugs for closing the empty ends of HDPE Pipes before installation are manufactured using 100% virgin-grade raw material ensuring optimal performance and durability during application. Made as per Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) Specification Number TEC 72030:2025, these end plugs are capable of withstanding air pressure of 1 bar for 30 minutes. Gamson provides these end plugs for 32/26 mm, 40/33 mm, 40/34.2 mm, 50/42 mm, 63/50 mm and 110/80 mm HDPE PLB Telecom Ducts.
Key Features
- High Pressure Resistance: Built to withstand internal air pressure of up to 1 bar for 30 minutes, keeping the seal perfectly intact even during heavy soil shifts or water pooling and ensuring proper tightness of end plugs.
- Tool-Free Installation: Features an intuitive mechanical push-fit mechanism that allows to seal or remove the end plug manually without the need of any specialized equipment.
- Made using 100% virgin material: Our End Plugs are made using premium quality raw materials ensuring good performance and durability.
- As Per TEC Specifications: Gamson End Plugs are manufactured as per TEC 72030:2025 or latest TEC specifications.
