HDPE Pipe Coils
Gamson HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Pipe Coils are designed for high-pressure fluid transportation and are typically used in rural and urban water supply, irrigation, and cable ducting. Because they are manufactured in continuous lengths, they significantly reduce the number of joints required in a project, minimizing the potential for leaks.
Key Features
- High Flexibility: The material allows the pipe to be coiled and bent around obstacles, reducing the need for elbows and specialized fittings.
- Minimal Jointing: Available in long continuous lengths (up to 100 or 500 meters depending on diameter), which lowers installation costs and improves hydraulic flow by reducing joint friction.
- Chemical & Corrosion Resistance: Immune to galvanic corrosion and resistant to most acids, alkalis, and organic chemicals found in soil.
- UV Protection: Carbon black is added to the HDPE resin to prevent degradation from sunlight, making them suitable for surface-level installations.
- Longevity: Designed for a service life of 50 years under standard operating conditions.
